Chicken Sisters
Many years ago, Mimi and Frannie (sisters) ended up in a feud.
They were both trying to serve up the best chicken.
The families didn’t mix until many years later when Amanda (from Chicken Mimi) fell in love with Frankie (from Chicken Frannie).
Amanda got the bright idea to apply to the #FoodNetwork to go on #FoodWars and enlisted her sister Mae to come home and help her mom at Chicken Mimi.
The sisters fight, just like their ancestors and one slip of the tongue ends up causing their mom a lot of pain and national attention.
I liked the book, I wish there had been more of Mae and her husband Jay in the story.
