There are family secrets all over Hope's family.
Mamie doesn't have long left, she's suffering from dementia and isn't lucid very often
One day, Hope's daughter goes to visit Mamie, she's very aware, asks her to take her to the beach one last time.
During the beach trip, Mamie gives Hope a list of family members names, she wants her to find these family members.
While she's over there, she finds her Mamie's brother, Mamie suffers a stroke and their family friend Gavin, really steps up.
Will there be enough time to reunite the family?
