I typically don't read books that everyone is making a fuss about because I don't find the same fuss that everyone else does (once again, insert Crawdads)...
This book, good from page 1, is worth it..
It's worth the 2 days I had to wait from Amazon
It was worth staying up till 1 am because I started it at 9pm and couldn't put it down.
You're going to need to find it and read it, and maybe read it again.
Lowen is a writer, who's struggling.
Her agent gets her a meeting but isn't sure if she will take the opportunity.
On the way to the meeting, something unfortunate happens and she meets a man, Jeremy.
Turns out, Jeremy is the man she is meeting with her agent.
This golden opportunity is to finish the book series his wife started and is unable to finish due to the accident she was recently in.
She will need to go to where they live, go thru her offie and determine if there are any notes on the series.
Not giving anything away but it gets all jacked up from there..
Not everything is as it seems, I had no idea what was going on, not even until the last sentence..
